The Business Development Manager (BDM) drives profitable growth and expands market presence by managing comprehensive business development initiatives within ICT Solutions, ELV Systems, and ECP Solutions.
This role involves overseeing vendor relationships, nurturing client accounts, and generating new business opportunities.
The BDM identifies client needs, crafts tailored technical and financial proposals, leads negotiations, closes contracts, and ensures timely payment collection.
By aligning customer expectations with organizational capabilities and strengthening key vendor partnerships, the BDM supports enhanced customer satisfaction, sustainable revenue growth, and strategic market positioning.
Qualifications:
Education/Qualification:
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, ICT, or Business-related field.
Master’s degree or MBA is a plus.
Work Experience:
Minimum 7+ years in business development or sales within ICT, ELV, and/or ECP projects.
Proven track record closing complex, high-value deals and managing long-term customer relationships.
Knowledge & Skills:
Customer/vendor relations, sales, profitability, tender process, IT & Networking solutions.
Strong understanding of ICT infrastructure, ELV systems, and ECP project execution.
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in CRM platforms, Microsoft Office, and proposal tools.
