Responsibilities
Provide project engineering and management support for offshore facilities and related systems.
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary project teams, ensuring alignment with project objectives and timelines.
Prepare, maintain, and implement Project Execution Plans (PEPs).
Oversee project planning, scheduling, cost control, budgeting, and progress reporting.
Manage tendering processes, including preparation of tender documents, technical clarifications, and evaluation of submissions.
Monitor contractor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations, milestones, quality, and safety standards.
Drive risk management and interface coordination between internal stakeholders, contractors, and third parties.
Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety & Environment) policies, standards, and regulatory requirements.
Support project handover and close-out, including documentation, performance reviews, and lessons learned.
Mentor and guide junior engineers and associates to enhance the team’s technical capabilities.
Requirements
Education: B.Sc. in Engineering (a higher degree is an added advantage).
Experience: Minimum 12 years of experience in engineering and project management for major EPIC (Engineering, Procurement, Installation & Commissioning) offshore oil & gas projects.
Proven expertise in Process / Gas Compression Platforms, including Jackets, Topsides, and Bridges.
Strong understanding of offshore project lifecycles, standards, and best practices.
