Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
Coordinate with different departments and hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and other channels.
Conduct initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates’ suitability
Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract top talent.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in recruitment (internal and/or external).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with recruitment tools/portals is an advantag
