Responsibilities
Lead and manage large-scale infrastructure projects, with a primary focus on major international/regional roads, infrastructure, and drainage works.
Oversee all phases of construction activities to ensure timely completion within budget and in accordance with project specifications and quality standards.
Coordinate and supervise site teams, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth workflow and alignment with project objectives.
Ensure full compliance with Qatar’s construction regulations, legal requirements, and local industry standards across all project stages.
Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions to resolve technical and operational issues.
Review and validate project plans, drawings, and technical documents, ensuring accuracy and constructability.
Conduct regular site inspections to ensure safety, quality, and adherence to approved designs and methodologies.
Prepare and present progress reports to management and clients, highlighting milestones, challenges, and solutions.
Foster a collaborative working environment with project stakeholders, including consultants, clients, authorities, and internal teams.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
MMUP/UPDA Certification is mandatory.
Minimum 12 years of experience in construction, with at least 5 years focused on major international/regional roads, infrastructure, and drainage projects in Qatar.
Proven track record in successfully managing large-scale infrastructure developments, especially in roads and drainage works.
Strong understanding of Qatar’s construction regulations, legal framework, and local industry standards.
Excellent leadership and team coordination skills with the ability to manage multidisciplinary site teams.
Strong problem-solving capabilities with a hands-on approach to resolving site and project-related issues.
Proficiency in project management tools and relevant construction software applications.
Must be currently available in Qatar and holding a valid Qatari ID.
