Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field
6–10+ years of experience in E&I inspection within construction, oil & gas, or petrochemical industries
Strong knowledge of international codes (IEC, NEC, ISA), inspection standards, and QA/QC procedures
Experience with Aramco / ADNOC / major EPC projects is an advantage
Certifications such as API, CSWIP, ISO, or equivalent are preferred
Key Responsibilities:
Perform inspections for electrical and instrumentation installations
Review drawings, ITPs, method statements, and project specifications
Monitor site activities and ensure compliance with QA/QC requirements
Conduct testing and commissioning of E&I systems
Verify cable installation, termination, loop checks, grounding, and instrumentation calibration
Prepare inspection reports, NCRs, and corrective action follow-up
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives
Ensure adherence to safety standards and company procedures
Support audits and quality documentation requirements
Provide guidance to junior inspectors and site teams
Skills Required:
Strong technical knowledge in electrical and instrumentation systems
Excellent understanding of QA/QC processes and inspection procedures
Good communication and report-writing skills
Ability to read and interpret E&I drawings and standards
Attention to detail and strong analytical abilities
Ability to work in site/project environments under pressure
