Principal Accountabilities
Conduct problem root cause analysis and write field technical report, service Kaizen report for TMC and internal technical report for internal issue
Report and escalate to TMC and TMC-Bro for issues that cannot be fixed following Toyota standard service information
Carry out troubleshooting and repairs for the cases that are needed high-tech diagnosing procedure both FIR and Non-FIR cases and with difficulty repairing
Conduct on site investigation and assessment, and write incident report for the cases like Fire hazards, air bag deployed and non-deployment, unentended acceleration of the vehicle, and special cases that needs Genbchi Genbutsu
Conduct team development meeting (Quarterly) to all the foreman and all quality testers to update them about new car features, new Toyota campaigns and service silent campaigns
Provides timely assistance to the main workshop supervisor, service advisors and foreman, Quality testers individually or in groups, in the form of guidance, actual written specifications, demonstrations, presentations.
Respond to all technical inquiries from all the branches by phone and if necessary go to the place and provide technical assistance
Provides technical support to customers for all technical related inquiries
Maintain a relationship with reception and workshop personnel and provide regular informal feedback on current technical issues
Conduct technical training to team members and customers when required
Assists as directed to carry out the goals and responsibilities of the department regarding technical concerns
Attends TMC certification training for enhancement of technical skills
Required Qualifications
Minimum Diploma
Years of experiene: 5 years
Automotive experience
