Principal Accountabilities

To impart training for workshop employees
To Provide reports indicating training attended per each service workshop and ensure proper training is provided to all service staff
To assist in planning yearly training schedules for service advisors & technicians
To prepare report and calculate compliance of the required certification ratio for service advisors and technicians
Coordinate with technical team to facilitate training related to non-FIR issues
To support in working closely with the technical team in solving and/or escalated technical issues received from workshop or reception
To provide support for on-site training and support for service workshop requirements
To execute the skills contest categories - SA Skills contest, General Job Technician skills contest, body and paint technicians skills contest
To prepare necessary reports and MIS related to monthly TSM evaluation of all service workshops
To assist in execution of customer service excellence awards scores
To execute Toyota Service campaign procedures are properly set and coordinated to all service workshops

Required Qualifications

Bachelor degree
Automotive technical training for Technicians & Service Advisors
Automotive experience
Coordinate training activity
