Qualifications:

Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in healthcare administration or hospital management.
Responsibilities:
Manage day-to-day administrative operations of the hospital or healthcare facility.
Oversee patient registration, admission, discharge, and records management.
Coordinate with clinical, nursing, and support staff for smooth operations.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations, policies, and accreditation standards.
Supervise administrative staff, assign responsibilities, and monitor performance.
Handle budgeting, procurement, inventory management, and resource allocation.
Address patient queries, complaints, and feedback professionally.
Prepare reports on hospital performance, operations, and compliance.
