Qualifications:
Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision experience in Joinery, Fit-Out, or Interior projects.
Responsibilities:
Supervise day-to-day site operations for joinery and fit-out works.
Ensure work is completed according to project plans, specifications, and quality standards.
Monitor site progress and report to Project Manager.
Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and site teams.
Enforce safety protocols and compliance with site regulations.
Manage site resources, materials, and equipment efficiently.
Inspect workmanship and ensure adherence to project drawings and specifications.
Maintain site documentation, progress reports, and daily logs.
Skills:
