Assistant Bar Manager
Summary:
Supports the Bar Manager in daily bar operations, staff supervision, inventory management, and ensuring excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in managing bar staff and schedules.
Maintain inventory, stock levels, and ordering of beverages.
Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and licensing standards.
Support in creating menus, promotions, and customer engagement.
Monitor service quality and handle guest feedback.
Qualifications:
Graduate or Diploma in Hospitality / Hotel Management preferred.
2–5 years of experience in bar operations or hospitality.
Knowledge of beverage preparation, mixology, and customer service.
