Odoo Support Engineers
We are looking for experienced and certified Odoo Support Engineers to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidates bring strong technical knowledge, hands on problem solving skills, and a solid understanding of Odoo functional workflows.
Responsibilities:
Provide technical and functional support for Odoo modules across multiple business domains
Troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and deliver timely solutions
Configure, customize, and optimize Odoo applications based on business requirements
Support end users with training, documentation, and best practices
Coordinate with development teams for bug fixes and enhancements
Ensure system performance, stability, and data integrity
Qualifications:
Odoo Certification is mandatory
Proven experience supporting Odoo implementations
Strong understanding of Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, Accounting, HR, and CRM
Ability to identify issues quickly and implement effective solutions
Good communication and client handling skills
Familiarity with Python, PostgreSQL, and Linux environments is an advantage
Fluency in English, Arabic is an added value
