Job Description:
We are looking for a skilled and experienced Civil Engineer with a strong background in civil construction projects, including roads, bridges, and building works. The candidate should be capable of handling project estimation, site supervision, planning, and execution to ensure the timely and quality completion of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee and manage day-to-day construction activities at project sites.
Prepare detailed project estimates, BOQs, and cost analysis.
Plan, execute, and monitor civil construction works such as roads, bridges, and buildings.
Ensure compliance with design specifications, safety standards, and quality control requirements.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and project stakeholders.
Prepare progress reports, documentation, and project schedules.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.

Required Skills:

Strong understanding of civil construction methods and materials.
Proficiency in project estimation and cost management.
Knowledge of relevant codes, standards, and safety regulations.
Experience with AutoCAD, MS Project/Primavera, and related civil engineering software (preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
