Provide technical leadership for prospect development and project scoping
Conduct independent engineering assessments for substations, transmission lines, and power systems
Perform power system studies: load flow, short-circuit, grounding, arc flash
Prepare & review SLDs, protection schemes, cables, switchgear, relays, control systems, SCADA & communication systems
Ensure compliance with SEC, NG, IEEE, IEC, EIT, and other relevant utility standards
Lead interface with EPC contractors during design, procurement & engineering phases
Provide technical support for BESS / Energy Storage studies: PCS, transformers, MV layout, protection coordination
Collaborate with stakeholders on grid connection & renewable integration studies
