Job Title: Social Worker
Locations: Abu Dhabi, Al Ain & Sharjah
Responsibilities:
Provide counseling and support to students for academic, social, and emotional development
Conduct assessments and develop individualized plans to address student needs
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school administration to support student welfare
Organize awareness programs and workshops on mental health, bullying, and social issues
Maintain accurate records of student interactions, interventions, and progress
Assist in crisis intervention and conflict resolution within the school environment
Ensure compliance with MOE guidelines and school policies related to student welfare
Promote a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of experience in MOE curriculum schools
Bilingual in Arabic and English (mandatory)
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or a related field
Strong counseling, communication, and interpersonal skills
Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
Empathy, patience, and problem-solving abilities
