Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or related field.
Certification in Blood Banking or Transfusion Medicine preferred.
Prior experience working in blood bank or transfusion services.
Knowledge of blood bank procedures, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication skills.
