Major Responsibilities:
Support organisation design, update org charts & job descriptions
Build talent pipelines & strengthen our digital recruitment presence
Contribute to training initiatives and our internal learning school
Drive performance management processes and support managers
Assist in compensation & benefits procedures and annual review
Promote culture, values, and internal communication
Ensure HR compliance with quality standards & ISO QMS requirements
Manage HR reports, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives
Preferred Skills:
6-8 years HR experience
Strong reporting, data, and HR systems skills
Experience in OD, recruitment, or T&D (ISO/QMS is a plus)
Proactive, organised, collaborative, and detail-oriented
