• Answering telephone calls and forwarding to the concerned person.
• Assisting visitors to concerned personnel
• Manage company email account.
• Assisting sales support officer for preparing quotations and correspondences.
• Arranging courier to collect documents and receiving of document and forwarding to personnel in charge.
• Requesting driver to collect and submit documents such as letters, quotations etc.
• Updating staff activity log.
• Preparing, printing, scanning of needed documents and saving on assigned folders for reference.
• Registering to events and conventions.
• Supporting all other departments.
• Request stationeries and other office supplies to procurement.
• Arranging and organizing office supplies.
• Performing any assign task from time to time.
