Technical Sales Responsibilities:
1. Manage and interpret customer requirements—both new and existing—to understand, anticipate, and effectively meet their needs.
2. Deliver technical presentations on company profile and services to all potential customers.
3. Achieve the assigned monthly sales targets and overall annual sales goals.
4. Provide pre-sales technical expertise on company services to new and existing customers.
5. Prepare accurate and competitive sales quotations, proposals, and tenders.
6. Follow up on quotations in a timely manner to secure profitable orders.
7. Offer after-sales service and support to build long-term relationships and encourage repeat business with customers.
8. Attend and actively participate in sales meetings to share updates on customers and market intelligence.
9. Receive and accurately log customer sales enquiries.
10. Collect complete details and market knowledge for all potential new customers and follow up accordingly.
11. Raise accurate and timely work orders, and maintain historical files for all closed orders.
12. Be proactive in notifying customers about any changes in delivery dates or potential issues with sales orders.
13. Work closely with the Workshop as per established procedures to ensure accurate and timely dispatch of customer orders.
14. Possess proven experience across multiple geographical locations, including the MEMA region and other international markets.
15. Demonstrate strong experience working with major oil & gas, drilling, including global oil majors and national oil companies.
