Safety Officer – NEOM Project

Job Location : Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities :

• Monitor and enforce Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) policies and procedures on site.
• Conduct regular safety inspections, audits, and risk assessments across project areas.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, client requirements, and company HSE standards.
• Lead toolbox talks, safety inductions, and training sessions for site personnel.
• Report, investigate, and document incidents, near-misses, and unsafe conditions.
• Support the development and implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
• Coordinate with project management, subcontractors, and client representatives on all HSE matters.
• Maintain up-to-date HSE records, reports, and documentation as required.

Requirements :

• Qualification: Diploma in HSE or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum 5+ years of experience in HSE roles (construction / industrial projects).
• Experience on NEOM projects is an added advantage.

Certifications (Preferred):

• NEBOSH
• OSH Certification
• NEOM HSE Approval (if available)
• Strong knowledge of international HSE standards and site safety practices.
• Good communication, reporting, and coordination skills.
