Key Responsibilities

Identify, evaluate, and assess land acquisition and development opportunities across the Saudi market.
Conduct in-depth market research, competitive analysis, and financial feasibility studies.
Build, maintain, and expand relationships with investors, landowners, and key stakeholders.
Prepare investment proposals, partnership structures, joint ventures (JV), and SPV (Special Purpose Vehicle) models.
Develop financial models, cost estimates, ROI projections, and investment presentations.
Collaborate with internal teams to structure deals and support strategic decision-making.
Track industry trends, regulatory updates, and investment opportunities to ensure market alignment.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience in real estate business development (mandatory).
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (financial modeling) and PowerPoint (presentations).
Solid understanding of the Saudi real estate market, regulations, and investment ecosystem.
Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written).
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex investment proposals.
