Role Description
We are looking for an Electrical Engineer who will be responsible for is responsible for designing, reviewing, and supervising electrical works associated with landscaping and MEP projects. This includes outdoor lighting systems, power distribution, control systems, irrigation pump stations, and integration with mechanical and plumbing services. The role ensures compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and relevant codes.
• Design, review, and supervise electrical works for landscaping and MEP projects.
• Prepare drawings, single-line diagrams, load calculations, and panel schedules.
• Design outdoor lighting systems, irrigation pump stations, and associated electrical infrastructure.
• Coordinate with landscape architects, civil engineers, and MEP teams.
• Oversee site installation, testing, and commissioning of electrical systems.
• Ensure compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and local regulations.
• Support procurement, BOQ preparation, and material evaluation.
• Prepare as-built drawings and O&M manuals for project handover.
Qualifications & Skills
• Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering.
• 3–7 years of experience in MEP or landscaping projects.
• Knowledge of outdoor lighting, LV power systems, and control panels.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and electrical design software.
• Familiarity with local regulations (e.g., SEC standards, civil defense, Saudi Building Code).
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills.
Preferred
• Experience with irrigation pump stations and automation.
• Knowledge of energy-efficient lighting solutions and LED technology.
• Exposure to low-current/smart control systems.
