Responsibilities:
Supervise daily quality control activities and ensure compliance with project or production standards.
Conduct inspections, tests, and audits on materials, equipment, and workmanship.
Review and approve QC documentation, checklists, and reports.
Identify non-conformances and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
Train and guide QC inspectors and site teams on quality standards and procedures.
Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and production teams to resolve quality issues.
Ensure adherence to company quality policies, client requirements, and regulatory standards.
Monitor quality KPIs and support continuous improvement initiatives.
Maintain proper documentation for quality assurance and certification purposes.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering or related field.
Proven experience as a Quality Supervisor, QC Inspector, or Quality Lead.
Strong knowledge of quality standards, inspection procedures, and QC documentation.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, and industry standards.
Excellent leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Experience in manufacturing, construction, engineering, or industrial projects is a plus.
