Responsibilities
Perform visual inspections, dimensional checks, and monitor fabrication and testing activities of static equipment.
Ensure compliance with codes and standards such as ASME, API, ISO, and client specifications.
Conduct or supervise non-destructive testing (NDT) where required.
Maintain accurate inspection records, reports, and documentation.
Identify deviations or non-conformances and recommend corrective actions.
Coordinate with engineering, fabrication, and QA/QC teams to ensure timely resolution of quality issues.
Ensure all safety, environmental, and quality protocols are followed on site or in the workshop.
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma or degree in Mechanical, Metallurgy, or Industrial Engineering.
3–5 years of experience in inspection of static equipment in fabrication, construction, or commissioning projects.
Knowledge of quality assurance processes, client requirements, and statutory standards.
