Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer specializing in Building Management Systems (BMS). The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in BMS operations, implementation, commissioning, and maintenance, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver high-quality engineering support.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise, implement, and maintain BMS systems across project sites.
Review technical drawings, BMS layouts, and ensure compliance with project specifications.
Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and control system teams for seamless integration.
Diagnose and troubleshoot BMS-related issues and perform corrective actions.
Ensure proper testing, commissioning, and handover of BMS systems.
Prepare technical reports and maintain documentation of BMS operations.
Support project teams with technical guidance as needed.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
Minimum 5 years of experience specializing in BMS.
Strong understanding of BMS hardware, software, protocols, and integration.
Experience in supervision, implementation, and maintenance of BMS solutions.
Ability to manage technical tasks efficiently in dynamic project environments.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and teamwork skills.
