Key Responsibilities
Supervise structural and piping fabrication works in ship repair and new-build projects.
Lead welders, fabricators, and foremen to ensure timely and high-quality output.
Oversee fabrication activities, repair workflow, and safety procedures.
Coordinate with engineers and project teams for daily execution plans.
Requirements
Minimum 10 years’ experience, including 2 years in a supervisory role.
Marine Ship Repair or New-Build background is mandatory.
Strong experience in structural and piping fabrication.
UAE Driving License is an advantage.
