Customer Experience Representative
Job Location : Kuwait
Key objectives:
• maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• acknowledging and resolving customer complaints.
• keeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• meet store and individual target and KPI.
• carrying out any tasks entrusted by the direct manager in a manner that does not conflict with the interests of the company.
Qualifications:
• Previous experience in a retail or consumer electronics is preferred.
• strong communication and persuasion skills.
• confident phone presence and ability to handle rejection professionally.
• Basic computer skills and familiarity with pos or sales tracking tools.
• goal-driven, self-motivated, and a team player.
• bilingual (arabic / english).
• Filipino nationality only
