Results-driven B2B Sales Specialist with 5+ years of experience consistently reaching sales quotas in the high-value SaaS, ERP, and Cybersecurity markets. Proven ability to navigate the full sales cycle across Government, Corporate, and SME sectors. A target-oriented professional with a polished presence and exceptional communication skills, adept at building strong client relationships

1. End-to-End Sales Cycle Ownership:
Achieve Sales Target.
Strategic Prospecting & Registration: Proactively identify and qualify new business opportunities. Take full ownership of the customer registration and onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and professional first experience that sets the stage for a long-term partnership.
Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in assigned accounts.
Solution Selling: Conduct discovery calls and presentations to understand client needs and articulate the value proposition of our SaaS solutions, tailoring your approach to their specific business challenges.
Negotiation & Closing: Manage contract negotiations and close deals to meet and exceed sales targets.


2. Tender & Proposal Leadership:
Tender Identification: Actively monitor government and private sector portals (Central Tender Committee) for relevant opportunities.
Bid Management: Take full ownership of the tender cycle. This includes analyzing RFP/RFQ documents, coordinating with internal technical and pre-sales teams to design the solution, and crafting compelling, high-quality proposals.
Submission & Follow-up: Ensure timely and compliant submission of all tender documents. Lead the post-submission follow-up, including clarifications and presentations, to maximize win rates.

3. CRM & Sales Operations Excellence:
CRM Stewardship: Treat the CRM as your single source of truth. You are responsible for maintaining an accurate, real-time record of all activities, communications, opportunities, and account information within your territory.
Pipeline Management: Manage your sales pipeline in the CRM, providing accurate weekly forecasts for sales leadership.
Data-Driven Insights: Utilize CRM data to identify trends, spot risks, and uncover new growth opportunities within your accounts, and report it to direct manager.

Qualifications & Experience
Over 5 years of B2B sales experience in SaaS, ERP, and Cybersecurity.
Proven history of meeting and exceeding all sales targets.
Expertise in selling to Government, Corporate, and SME clients.
Proficient in CRM platforms and effective client relationship management.
Strong communicator, presenter, and negotiator with a professional demeanor.
Kuwaiti resident with a valid driving license.
