The Electrical Technician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting electrical components used in automated parking systems, including motors, wiring, control panels, sensors, and power units. This is a field-oriented role requiring strong hands-on electrical skills.
Perform electrical maintenance and repair of automated parking equipment (off-street & on-street).
Install and troubleshoot motors, relays, sensors, wiring, and electrical control panels.
Assist in installation of parking guidance systems, CCTV equipment, and power connections.
Conduct preventive maintenance, routine inspections, and electrical safety checks.
Diagnose electrical faults and replace damaged components or wiring.
Support fiber & network termination tasks when required (training provided).
Work closely with IT, mechanical, and electronic teams for system-level repairs.
Ensure proper grounding, cabling, and compliance with electrical safety standards.
Maintain work logs, service reports, and documentation of electrical repairs.
Carry out field work and outdoor maintenance tasks as part of daily operations.
ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering / Electrical Technician.
Minimum 1 year experience in electrical maintenance or technician work.
Strong knowledge of:
Electrical wiring & circuits
Motors & electrical assemblies
Control panels and power units
Basic relay logic and safety systems
Ability to read electrical diagrams, wiring layouts, and manuals.
Understanding of parking equipment electrical components is a plus.
Basic IT & networking knowledge (advantage, not mandatory).
English speaking and writing skills.
Experience in automated parking systems or similar machinery.
