Restaurant Manager
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring high standards of food quality, service, hygiene, and ambiance.
• Supervise and lead the front-of-house team, ensuring seamless and professional guest service.
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and kitchen team to ensure the menu reflects authenticity and consistency in Korean, Vietnamese, and Brazilian cuisines.
• Handle guest complaints, feedback, and special requests professionally and efficiently.
• Monitor and manage reservations, seating arrangements, and VIP guest handling.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
• Implement and maintain service protocols and fine dining etiquette.
• Conduct regular staff training and briefings on service standards, menu knowledge, and cultural understanding.
• Control costs through effective inventory, labor management, and operational planning.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports including revenue, cost control, and profitability.
• Coordinate with marketing for promotions, events, and customer engagement strategies.
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience as a Restaurant Manager in a fine dining or upscale restaurant.
• Proven experience working with or managing outlets that serve Asian (Korean & Vietnamese) and Brazilian cuisines.
• Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, wine pairing, and menu presentation.
• Strong leadership and team-building skills.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Proficient in POS systems, reservations platforms, and basic administrative tools.
• Degree/Diploma in Hospitality, F&B Management, or related field preferred.
