Position: Lead Planning Engineer
Projects: ERTD, ARCFMS, SDC, ERDD, STP Projects
Experience Required: 8–10 years
Industry: EPC / LSTK / LFC Projects

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Planning Engineer to oversee planning, scheduling, coordination, and reporting across four ongoing projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring effective project control, timely progress monitoring, and smooth communication with all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
Proficient in Primavera P6 and MS Project
Developing comprehensive project plans
Resource allocation
Project scheduling
Cost estimation and control
Monitoring and reporting
Communication and coordination with clients, vendors, and suppliers
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date project documentation
Ensuring regulatory compliance
Progress monitoring
Analysis and forecasting
Preparing weekly and monthly progress reports
Project budgeting


Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical / Electrical / Civil).
8–10 years of proven experience as a Lead Planning Engineer.
Strong background in EPC / LSTK / LFC projects.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project (mandatory).
Excellent communication, coordination, and analytical skills.
Strong understanding of project control methodologies.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Candidate should have ARAMCO approvals preferred but not mandatory
