Requirements
Minimum 5–10 years of experience in steel structural supervision on construction projects
Aramco experience highly preferred
Strong construction knowledge with mechanical background; civil engineering experience not required
Proficient in interpreting structural drawings and specifications
Knowledge of welding, steel fabrication, erection, and quality standards
Excellent leadership, communication, and coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced construction environment
