Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Head of Brand for their client in Dubai which is a leading chain of high end luxury clinics across UAE.
We are looking for a Head of Brand with a minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in UAE as a Brand Head at a chain of multi-site clinics / retail chains / hospitality / luxury services.
Candidates without experience in a multi-site chain of clinic or a multi-site luxury retail chain would not qualify for this position.
The Head of Brand will be responsible for building, managing, and amplifying the company’s brand equity, ensuring that every customer touchpoint consistently reflects the organization’s vision, values, and positioning. This role ensures a unified and premium brand presence in line with the mission to redefine patient experience and become the most trusted dental network in the region. The position collaborates closely with Marketing, Operations, HR, and Design teams to ensure every brand touchpoint reflects the group's values, aesthetics, and excellence.
The role would require the candidate to define and evolve the brand’s vision, mission, and value proposition. Develop a long-term brand strategy that aligns with business goals and growth markets. Conduct competitive and market analysis to maintain a differentiated positioning. Oversee brand architecture (e.g., master brand, sub-brands, product lines). Develop and safeguard the brand identity system - logo, tone of voice, design language, brand narrative. Ensure brand consistency across all channels, including marketing, digital, internal comms, & partnerships. Lead creation of brand guidelines and manage compliance across departments and agencies. Oversee brand campaigns, launches, and key communication initiatives. Manage creative direction for advertising, content, and storytelling (digital, social, outdoor, etc.). Collaborate with marketing and media teams to ensure that creative output drives brand equity and awareness KPIs. Work closely with operations, marketing, design, and digital teams to ensure brand coherence in the customer journey (online/offline).
Align clinic experience, interior design, uniforms, packaging, and digital experience with brand values. Implement experience audits and brand consistency reviews. Track brand awareness, perception, and preference through regular brand tracking studies. Measure ROI of brand campaigns, creative assets, and sponsorships. Use data insights to refine messaging, targeting, and audience engagement. Develop and maintain Brand Guidelines and Brand Implementation SOPs for all teams and partners. Conduct quarterly brand audits across clinics for compliance and experience quality. Establish a Brand Helpdesk to support marketing and clinic teams with templates and approvals. Govern external agencies and vendors (creative, PR, design, media). Manage brand collaborations, sponsorships, and co-branding initiatives. Support corporate communications and investor branding activities. Partner with CMO, CEO, and Product/Operations leaders to align brand with business expansion and new markets. Lead internal brand education programs to ensure all employees understand and live the brand. Collaborate with HR for onboarding and internal campaigns.Identify and nurture brand ambassadors among doctors and clinic managers.
The ideal candidate would have a strong portfolio of brand implementation and storytelling projects. Strong understanding of digital marketing, design principles, and PR. Experience managing agencies, vendors, and creative teams. Will be a strategic thinker with strong design and storytelling sense. Data-driven decision-making mindset. Empathetic and collaborative leader. Deep understanding of healthcare marketing ethics. Ability to connect brand essence with operational and patient experience realities.
The Brand Head would be responsible for delivering the Brand strategy and positioning document, annual brand plan & budget, brand identity guideline system. Clinic Branding Manual (for interiors, signage, uniforms).Brand campaigns and creative assets. Monthly/quarterly brand health report. Cross-functional brand training and governance structure
• Internal Brand Engagement Program.Central Brand Asset Repository (Notion / Drive / DAM system). Your key metric would be brand awareness, brand recall, NPS, review ratings, Audit compliance per clinic, Campaign ROI,Cost per awareness point, Employee participation in brand programs, brand driven patient acquisition rate and brand equity valuation.
Salary : Aed 30,000 per month (Salary mentioned on the advertisement is indicative.The final offers lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
