Davidson Management Consultants have been mandated to recruit a Finance Executive for their client in Dubai which is a leading chain of high end luxury clinics across UAE.

We are looking for a Finance Executive with a minimum of 5 to 7 years of experience in UAE as a Finance Executive at a chain of multi-site clinics.Candidates without experience in a multi-site chain of clinics would not qualify for this position. The ideal candidate would be a hands-on financial expert who can independently handle the full spectrum of accounting and finance activities across our multi-clinic operations.

This role requires a deep technical mastery of accounting, financial analysis, compliance, and revenue cycle management. The financial expert will execute financial statements, budgets, daily transactions, reconciliations, insurance and billing supervision, VAT compliance, cost control, and treasury functions. This person will ensure complete financial accuracy, strengthen internal controls, and provide leadership with reliable financial insights to guide the company’s growth.Must have working knowledge of IFRS and UAE accounting standards, financial statement preparation, budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis, revenue cycle & insurance reconciliation,VAT filing and compliance.Proficiency in accounting software, ERP systems, and advanced Excel.

Experience in healthcare, dental clinics, medical centers, or multi-unit businesses.Strong understanding of insurance processes, TPA interactions, and healthcare revenue cycles. Experience implementing or improving financial systems and workflows.You will be responsible for executing all daily accounting transactions, including AP, AR, GL, journal entries, prepayments, accruals, and adjustments. Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records for each clinic and the group. Lead the month-end and year-end closing processes end-to-end. Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly and yearly financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow) in compliance with IFRS/UAE standards. Produce detailed monthly reporting packs with commentary, variance analysis, and trends.Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and cost structures across clinics. Perform financial modeling, scenario analysis, and break-even calculations for decision-making. Identify financial risks, inefficiencies, leakages and recommend corrective actions.Build annual budgets and financial forecasts.

Track performance against budget and conduct variance analysis. Monitor cost categories: consumable, payroll, vendor costs, operational expenses. Provide recommendations to optimize financial performance and clinic-level profitability. Ensure accurate recording of daily revenue and clinic collections. Supervise insurance claims accuracy, coding compliance, and submission quality.Reconcile approved, rejected, pending, and paid claims. Oversee collections and follow-ups, ensuring minimal revenue leakage.Implement checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of revenue recognition. Maintain real-time visibility on cash balances, inflows, and outflows. Prepare short-term and long-term cash flow projections.

Manage payments, vendor settlements, reimbursements, and petty cash. Maintain banking relationships and ensure smooth daily financial operations. Prepare VAT returns, reconciliations, and supporting documentation. Ensure company-wide compliance with IFRS, UAE tax regulations, and internal financial policies. Maintain proper documentation and audit trails for all financial transactions. Work directly with external auditors for annual audits and reviews. Strengthen internal controls over cash, inventory, billing, procurement, and insurance workflows. Ensure accuracy and consistency in ERP/accounting systems. Identify automation opportunities to reduce manual work and improve accuracy. Standardize accounting procedures across all clinics.

Salary : Aed 13,000 per month (Salary mentioned in the advertisement is indicative.The final offer lies at the discretion of the client and will be made after completion of interviews).
