Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
Minimum 5+ years of experience in retail management or showroom operations.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Knowledge of visual merchandising, retail operations, and inventory management.
Proficiency in MS Office and retail management software is an advantage.
