Requirements
High School, Diploma, or Graduate degree (Hospitality or Travel & Tourism preferred).
Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Reservation Agent or in a similar role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in reservation software and MS Office.
Customer service-oriented with strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in shifts, including weekends and holidays.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
