Job Description – Sales Engineer
Responsibilities:
Identify and develop new business opportunities and sales leads.
Understand customer requirements and propose technical solutions.
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure feasibility of solutions.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with clients.
Track sales activities, maintain CRM data, and prepare sales reports.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and new products.
Provide after-sales support and address customer concerns.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, or related field).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in technical sales or engineering solutions.
Strong knowledge of engineering products, systems, and applications.
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Ability to travel for client meetings and site visits.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
