Experience Required: 10–15 Years (UAE & Native Experience)
The ideal candidate must be capable of leading site operations, coordinating with project teams, and ensuring project delivery within time, quality, and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.
• Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Monitor project progress and prepare regular reports.
• Ensure adherence to project specifications, quality standards, and HSE requirements.
• Plan and allocate resources efficiently.
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering.
• 10–15 years of relevant experience in the UAE & Native.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of handling large civil projects.
