We are looking for Planning Engineer for one of our potential Aramco project.

1. Title Planning Engineer
2. Level Mid-Level
3. Summary The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of project planning principles and methodologies, as well as proven experience in developing and managing project schedules using Primavera P6 or other project management software. As a Planning Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of Aramco projects, providing expert guidance on planning, scheduling, and risk
management.
4. Requirement An Experienced Project Engineering having worked in a company with environment of handling different projects as per Saudi Aramco or
similar Client’s procedures.
5. Responsibilities Develop, update and maintain project schedules using project management software (such as Primavera P6).
Formulate Master Schedule at all Stages of the project life cycle from design through to completion.
Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand project objectives, scope and deliverables.
Develop a detailed Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) in collaboration with project teams to systematically break down project tasks.
Define project activities, durations, and logical sequences based on industry standards and requirements.
Conduct Critical Path Method (CPM) analysis to identify critical activities and ensure they align with project milestones.
Integrate risk management principles into project planning to identify, assess and mitigate potential risks.
Develop contingency plans to address unforeseen events.
Collaborate with cost engineers to estimate costs associated with project activities.
Ensure alignment with project budgets and financial guidelines.
Integrate quality standards and requirements into the project schedule.
Implement processes for quality control and assurance at each project stage.
Establish a change management process to document and assess changes to the project scope, schedule or resources.
Generate regular project progress reports including S-curves and other performance metrics.
Progress Monitoring and Focusing on the project critical activities by using Critical Path Method (CPM) Technique.
Prepare Progress Analysis & Productivity Reports to Analyse Actual Cost Work Performed(ACWP) against Budgeted Cost Work Schedule
(BCWS).
Preparation of the Quarterly Based Forecasted Reports of All Project in order to completion of the future projects.
Develop plans for project closeout, including final documentation, handover procedures and lessons learned.
6. Qualification BE - Any Mechanical stream
7. Work Experience 05 - 10 Years proven experience as a Project Engineer or in a similar role within the EPC industry.
8. Industry Preference Must have worked in large Oil & Gas EPC Companies
9. Skills Proven experience in Planning Engineer roles within the EPC industry, with specific experience in projects related to Aramco
Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles and practices.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and drive project success.
Must be Fluent in English, Arabic an advantage.
10. Salary Range Minimum: Total Package: 7000/- SAR Maximum: Total Package: 10000/- SAR
Above salary range is competitive and commensurate with qualification and experience. However, the final salary offer will be determined
based on the candidate's performance during the interview process.
