Sales Engineer – Abrasives & Power Tools (Eastern Province)
Location: Dammam / Eastern Province, Saudi Arabia
Position Type: Full-Time

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Sales Engineer / Technical Sales Representative with hands-on experience selling abrasives and power tools to industrial clients within the Eastern Province.
The role focuses on acquiring new customers, expanding product usage, and supporting end-users in factories, workshops, fabrication shops, and oil & gas service companies.

Key Responsibilities:
Promote and sell a full range of abrasives (cutting discs, grinding wheels, flap discs, sanding products, etc.) and power tools (grinders, sanders, drills, polishers).
Conduct field visits throughout Dammam, Al Khobar, Dhahran, Jubail, and surrounding industrial zones.
Deliver product demos, application guidance, and technical recommendations.
Develop new business with fabrication shops, contractors, workshops, and industrial maintenance teams.
Maintain relationships with procurement departments, workshop supervisors, and end-users.
Submit weekly territory reports and customer visit logs.
Track competitor activity and market pricing trends.

Required Qualifications
Mandatory:
Experience selling abrasives (cutting wheels, grinding wheels, sanding products)
Experience selling power tools (preferably to industrial clients)
Valid Saudi driving license
Strong knowledge of fabrication, welding, mechanical workshops, or industrial supply environments
Familiarity with field sales and technical product demonstrations

Preferred:
Existing customer network in Eastern Province
Experience selling to oil & gas contractors, fabrication companies, or workshops
Engineering or technical diploma

Skills Required:
Strong negotiation and communication abilities
Ability to explain product performance and technical differences
Confident in field demonstrations and hands-on usage
Self-motivated, target-driven, and organized
Good reporting, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
