Collections Officer
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Key Responsibilities:
• Contact clients to follow up on outstanding payments through calls and emails (in French & English).
• Maintain detailed records of communication and payment commitments.
• Coordinate with the finance and sales teams to resolve discrepancies and ensure proper documentation.
• Prepare and present periodic collection reports to management.
• Escalate overdue accounts and support in legal or recovery processes when required.
• Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies and UAE regulations.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field.
• Fluency in French and English is mandatory.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a Collections Officer, preferably within the real estate or property development sector.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, and follow-up abilities.
• Must be an immediate joiner currently based in the UAE.
