Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates

Qualifications and Skills :

• Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the automotive industry, with a focus on premium car brands.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of premium car models, features, maintenance requirements, and service procedures.
• Fluent in Hindi preferred, to effectively communicate with customers who prefer this language.
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with customers.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple customer requests and service appointments.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in preparing cost estimates, invoices, and other service-related documentation.
• Proficient in using automotive service software, databases, and tools for service scheduling, parts ordering, and warranty claim processing.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team, collaborating with service technicians, parts department, and other stakeholders.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address customer concerns, resolve issues, and make service recommendations.
• Flexibility to work in a fast-paced environment, adapting to changing priorities and customer demands.
