Responsibilities:
Assist with recruitment activities including job postings, screening, and interview coordination.
Manage onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring proper documentation and compliance.
Maintain employee records, HR files, and HRIS updates.
Prepare HR letters, memos, reports, and other administrative documents.
Support payroll processing by collecting attendance, leave records, and employee updates.
Assist in employee engagement activities, training coordination, and performance review scheduling.
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Maintain confidentiality of employee information and ensure compliance with HR standards.
Coordinate with departments on HR-related requirements and administrative support.

Requirements:
2–5 years of experience as HR Generalist / HR Administrator (UAE experience preferred).
Strong understanding of HR processes, documentation, and employee relations.
Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in MS Office and basic HRIS tools.
Full-time office-based role; may require occasional travel for interviews or official tasks.

Qualifications:
Graduate or Post Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
HR certifications (CHRP, CIPD Level 3/5) are an advantage.
Knowledge of HR laws, labor regulations, and HR best practices.
