This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kuwait City for a Social Media Officer. The Social Media Officer will be responsible for creating and managing social media content, executing social media marketing campaigns, and optimizing social media engagement. The role includes day-to-day tasks such as content creation, managing campaigns, writing posts, and engaging with followers. The Social Media Officer will also analyze performance metrics and report on social media activities.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily social media activities, including content creation, scheduling, and posting across multiple businesses.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and platform updates to optimize performance
- Schedule and publish approved content across multiple social media channels.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and online conversations to foster community engagement.
- Create Basic Visuals: Static Images, Reels & Short Videos, Basic Photo & Video Editing, Templates & Layouts.
- Attending events as per Management request.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Social Media Content Creation and Writing skills (Ar/En).
- 2 to 3 years of Experience in Social Media & Content Creation.
- Strong knowledge of various social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Snapchat, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Capable of creating engaging content, including images and reels, using a mobile device, with
basic experience in photo and video editing.
- Ability to analyze social media metrics and performance
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Understanding of current social media trends and strategies
