Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, or related discipline).
Certifications in project management or planning (PMP, PSP) are an advantage.

Responsibilities:
Develop detailed project schedules, work breakdown structures (WBS), and planning documents.
Monitor project progress and update schedules regularly using planning software (Primavera P6).
Identify delays, risks, and critical paths; propose mitigation strategies.
Prepare progress reports, dashboards, and project performance metrics.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and construction teams to track deliverables.
Evaluate subcontractor schedules and ensure alignment with project timelines.
Support project managers in forecasting, resource allocation, and timeline optimization.
Ensure all planning activities comply with Aramco standards and procedures.

Requirements:
Minimum 5+ years of Aramco project experience (mandatory).
Strong background in project planning and scheduling within oil & gas or EPC environments.
Proficiency in Primavera P6 and MS Project.
Knowledge of Aramco planning standards, workflows, and documentation.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
