Job Title: Customer Relationship Officer
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or related field
Knowledge of CRM software and customer service tools
Understanding of banking, finance, or service industry operations (preferred)
Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
Requirements
5+ years of experience in customer service, relationship management, or similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to handle challenging situations and resolve conflicts
