Job Title: QC Piping Inspector
Location: Saudi Arabia

Qualifications:
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
CBT passed (mandatory)
ARAMCO approval/certification required for interview
Strong knowledge of piping systems, isometric drawings, material specifications, and QA/QC procedures
Familiarity with international codes (ASME, API, ASTM, ISO)

Responsibilities:
Inspect piping fabrication, installation, fit-up, and alignment
Review piping materials, MTCs, and ensure compliance with project specifications
Monitor welding activities related to piping works
Verify hydrotesting, pneumatic testing, and flushing procedures
Conduct visual inspections and coordinate NDT requirements
Prepare inspection requests, reports, and all required documentation
Ensure all work complies with ARAMCO standards and project quality plans
Identify non-conformities and follow up on corrective actions
Coordinate with site engineers, supervisors, and QA/QC teams

Requirements:
CBT Certificate – mandatory
ARAMCO Certificate/Approval – mandatory for interview
5–7 years of relevant experience as a QC Piping Inspector in oil & gas projects
Strong understanding of piping QA/QC procedures and test packages
Good communication, documentation, and reporting skills
Ability to work on-site under strict safety and quality guidelines
