Job Location : Riyadh, Saudi Arabia

Responsibilities :

• Manage schedules, appointments, meetings, and daily calendars efficiently.
• Coordinate internal and external communication, including emails and official correspondence.
• Prepare, edit, and format administrative documents, reports, and presentations with high accuracy.
• Organize and maintain electronic and paper filing systems.
• Support senior management in daily workflows, task follow-ups, and decision-making.
• Communicate with internal departments and clients to ensure smooth operations.
• Monitor task implementation within assigned timelines and prepare follow-up reports.
• Provide administrative support during meetings, including preparing agendas, minutes, and documentation.

Requirements :

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Previous experience in executive secretarial roles or administrative support positions.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
• Ability to work professionally with stakeholders at all levels, both internally and externally.
• High attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
