F&B Banqueting Coordinator
Job Location : Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates
Job Details :
• Actively seek out new F&B / Banquet / Event business for the hotel / maximise all revenue opportunities.
• strong administrative skills / ability to use email and office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• sets sales targets for the hotel/unit F&B Department and plan towards achieving the goal.
• promptly follow up on outstanding quotes, requests for proposals, sales enquiries, pending billing and closing PM’s
• understand, create, and execute BEO’s.
• familiar with Micros / FMC / Opera and other hotel operating systems
• build co-operative and professional relationships with unit management and clients.
