Collections Agent
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Duties & Responsibilities:
• Contacting clients who have Outstanding debts or payments.
• Sending payment reminders, invoices, or statements to clients.
• Negotiating payment plans or settlements with customers who are in arrears.
• Recording payment information accurately and coordination with Accounts Team on a regular basis
• Resolving payment discrepancies and addressing customer queries, complaints related to billing and collections.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities.
• Plan course of action, Investigate and resolve discrepancies
• Alert superiors of client’s unwillingly or unable to pay
Key Skills and Qualifications:
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Knowledge of basic accounting principles and collection procedures.
• Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism.
• Customer service orientation and the ability to handle difficult situations.
• Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proven experience in Collections Banking sector is preferred.
Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month
