Sales / Business Development Manager
Job Location : Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Description :
• Implements the overall process and procedure for new business developments
• Prepare sales policies and plan strategies in consultation with management and forecast sales budget
• Manage sales by developing a business plan that covers sales, revenue and expenses
• Set sales goals & performance goals
• Facilitate sales team in setting individual sales targets & help them to achieve it
• Conducts financial feasibility studies and develops proposals for new business opportunities
• Oversee & Assess team performance, individual performance & identify opportunities for improvement
• Evaluate effectiveness of sales strategies, costs, manpower to generate budgeted level of business and profitability
• Ensures achievement/ implementation of Bin Yaber’s business strategy and plan
• Monitor sales achieved versus sales target & initiate corrective actions to ensure that the set targets are achieved
• Plan & implement sales promotions, campaigns, seasonal promotions as per market needs & trends pertaining to Driving Institutes
• Generate periodic and need based sales reports to evaluate performance of the sales team
• Establish a proper payment collection process to ensure timely recovery of dues
• Prepares long term plans to meet corporate objectives and to increase market share and profitability
• Evaluate the financial aspects of product development, such as budgets, expenditures, research and development appropriations, and return-on-investment and profit-loss projections
• Take initiatives to increase competency level of the staff to accelerate individual and organizational growth
• Initiate market research studies and analyze their findings. Monitor market trends and make changes in the strategies to counterfeit competition from similar products/services
